Designer Notes:

This shirt was inspired by work shirts from the 1950's commonly made by department stores during that era. We replicated the shrinkage and hand feel that these types of shirts would achieve over years of washing. We also kept period specific construction details that make shirts of this era special like the seamless front placket, continuous bound plackets at the sleeves and two front patch pockets with diagonal fabric placement.

Materials And Hardware Notes:

The fabric for this shirt was woven in Japan. The weft thread is comprised of a 1/10 slub thread which creates beautiful irregularities and unique textures throughout the shirt. The fabric has undergone a wash process that minimizes shrinkage and achieves a dry, soft, vintage feel.

Fit notes: This shirt is designed to fit oversized at the chest and shoulders, as well as fit cropped at the bottom hem as to drape over the body and allow for a breathable comfortable feel when worn. Please refer to our size chart for more details.
