What currency are your prices based upon?
All of our prices are based in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Paypal.
We accept the following Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash.
How do you accept refunds?
Refund Policies for each genre of items are different and are as follows:
- For the Segway ES4, all Sales are final. However, if the shipment arrives damaged, please send photos to us. We would then inspect the pictures and if deemed authentically damaged, we would get you to ship it back to us at your own expense. Then you have the option to get a full refund or to get us to ship a new one. If any issues, please contact customer support at [email protected]
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been delivered there.
How do I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from when you placed your order to cancel. Please contact [email protected] to cancel your order.
When will my order arrive?
Our Shipping Policy differs for each genre of items:
- For the Segway ES4, it will arrive within 3-7 days.
- If you are located in Vancouver, BC, you can pick up at our location at 610 Derwent Way, Delta, BC V3M 5P8. We will contact you for pick-up arrangements.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship within Canada. If you really want something and are located in another country, please contact us at [email protected] then we can arrange something for you.
For our digital products, they are downloadable so anyone around the world can order them.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the product dimensions, weight, and where it is being shipped. The shipping fee will be calculated at check-out and can be seen there.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
What if the shipment arrives damaged?
If the shipment arrives damaged, please take pictures and send it to us at [email protected] From there we will inspect the pictures. If we deem that the damage was purposefully created to get a return or exchange, we will not provide any returns or exchange. In that case, all sales would be final. IF we deem that the damage was our fault, we will get you to ship the product back to our location in Vancouver, BC at your own expense and from there, you will have the option of getting a full refund or to get a new product.
Can I return or exchange an item?
For our Segway ES4, All Sales are Final. There are no returns or exchanges.
